LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998) relates to safety in the use of lifting equipment at work.
LOLER is applicable to employers or self-employed persons providing lifting equipment for use at work or control the use of lifting equipment at work. The duty holder will normally be the building occupant.
We are here to help keep you safe and can provide LOLER certificates for your lift as part of our maintenance schedule. Much like an MOT for your lift, a LOLER is a legal certification and is carried out annually on service lifts.
You have the option to pay your insurers to carry out this inspection or this certification can be incorporated into our maintenance schedule for an additional charge as part of our comprehensive lift servicing packages.
If you have any questions about these regulations or your responsibilities as a lift owner, then feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.
